Introduction of two cooling methods for film blowing machine
The
film blowing machine heats and melts the plastic particles and blows them into a film. There are many types of blown film machines, such as PE, POF, PVC, etc. The new material is blown out with new particles, the color is called, clean, and the bag is stretched well.
The film blowing machine produces a film suitable for a variety of high-grade film packaging. The film is widely used for light and heavy packaging because of its good barrier property, preservation, moisture resistance, frost resistance, oxygen barrier and oil resistance. Such as a variety of fresh fruit, meat food, pickles, fresh milk, liquid beverages, medical supplies and so on. There are two types of cooling methods for plastic blown film machines: external cooling and internal cooling.
1. The external cooling method is the earliest application method. Under the action of the cooling ring, the cooling air is released through a circular ring along the extrusion direction and the outer surface of the bubble to generate uniform cooling air around the ring. Inside the cooling ring, the air at the upper port is expelled at a faster average speed relative to the lower port. It is ensured that the shape of the bubble is consistent with that of the air cooling ring, so that the average flow rate of the air is increased and thus the heat transfer is increased.
2. Internal cooling directly through the bubble to achieve cooling purposes. Because the flow rate of air in the bubble is relatively low and there is no regularity, external cooling is dominant. In the blow molding process of the blown film machine, in order to ensure the quality of the film product, the stability of the film bubble must be considered before the film formation can be effectively controlled. The production of blown film blown film, in addition to the constraints of the bubble, also consider the blower cooling system. A complete cooling system requires reasonable configuration and stability of the blown film machine. Textiles, etc., are mainly determined according to actual needs.
